Dear MRED Customers:
I am very pleased to announce that MRED has reached an agreement with the Zillow Group that will keep the flow of listings to the Zillow and Trulia sites uninterrupted.
The Zillow Group's agreement with ListHub is ending tomorrow, April 7th. MRED's agreement with the Zillow Group will provide them a direct feed of our brokerages' listing content.
At our recent MRED Syndication Event, we received great feedback from our brokers that was utilized in negotiating the new agreement. Thanks to this input, the new contract will deliver traffic back to the brokerages websites as well as display the brokerage logo on every listing. These were critical components necessary to successfully reaching an agreement. Also, the Zillow Group has agreed NOT to compete with our Brokerages and the MLS.
If you send listing content to Zillow and/or Trulia via ListHub, your current selection at ListHub is being carried over to MRED for a ninety (90) day transition period. If you have not been sending content to Zillow and/or Trulia via ListHub, you can make the choice to have MRED start sending your listing content at MRED's New Syndication Dashboard. Note:
- This site is only for Managing Brokers
- Have your connectMLS ID and Password ready
- After login, you can view your current syndication settings for realtor.com, Zillow and RPR
