Hot Tip #1 - Completely fill out your business card in connectMLS™. Many agents tell us they look at the business cards in connectMLS™ to contact their fellow professionals. Often they'll be looking at night for a direct contact number but many times the only contact number is for the office. Not good business.
Hot Tip #2 - When cloning a listing, always verify that all of the information is correct. You don't want to be responsible for someone else's mistake.
Hot Tip #3 - Is parking included in the list price of the home? If yes, please indicate this in connectMLS™ by marking "Y" (yes) in the "Is parking included in list price" field. Conversely, if you mark yes in this field, parking MUST be included in the list price. Obvious, but occasionally overlooked . . .
Hot Tip #4 - When entering a residential rental listing make sure to choose the correct type of rental (Detached or Attached). Only choose Detached when it is the entire residence for rent; everything else would be attached.
