Quick Tips to Help You to a Winning Week!

Hot Tip #1 - Please make sure you are not in the picture!  When you are creating a virtual tour or taking pictures of a home, please ensure you are not making an accidental or intentional guest appearance on film.  Pay particular attention to when you are around mirrors or other reflective surfaces. 
 
Hot Tip #2 - If you receive a notification from MRED that reads "Please Call to Verify", we have a recommendation: CALL.  We have no way of knowing if information we need to verify is correct unless you call us.  If you don't call us the issue doesn't just go away, and if not resolved can ultimately result in a fine.  Better to get back to us and clear things up, which is all we want to do.
 
Hot Tip #3 - If you entered a listing into connectMLS™ with the wrong list date MRED staff will fix it for you.  Once a listing number is assigned, you are not able to change the List Date.  So you need to send us the Listing Agreement and List Date Change Request Form and MRED Compliance Staff will take care of the change consistent with the documentation.  The List Date Change Request Form is in connectMLS™; click on the Forms tab, then the "MRED Listing Forms, etc." link.  It is #21 in the list (ID #60).
