Quick Tips to Help You to a Winning Week!

Hot Tip #1 - Here is a time-saver.  When calling the Rules and Regulations Department about a notice you have received, please have the listing number handy.  It is printed on the notice and appears in the connectMLS™ Alert.  We will be able to pull up the listing quickly and more efficiently with the listing number rather than having to search connectMLS™ by address, especially if it is a large property with multiple units.  One more thing - if you are not sure what the notice is about, click on the connectMLS™ Alert and you will see the details.
 
Hot Tip #2 - More time-saving!  If you receive a Notification of Listing Change, that means we have already made the change and no further action is required on your part.
 
Hot Tip #3 - There is a new required field when you close a listing in connectMLS™.  It is DPR (Y/N), which indicates whether Down Payment Resource was utilized as a part of this transaction.  If you are unsure, please contact the selling agent to verify.
