The Sold Price and Closed Date you enter must match what is on the closing statement (RESPA or HUD-1).
Since the data on the RESPA/HUD-1 includes the actual sold price and actual date the transaction closed, we can't imagine why the information input into connectMLS™ would be different. We hate to beat a dead horse, but accurate and correct information are required. By the way, the more precise and accurate the information in the system, the better for everybody.

Easy to overlook this. You can edit your list date in the "edit basic listing information" page.
