Not only do you get the benefit of a Help Desk analyst whose only job is to answer your questions and assist in any way possible, but the person you are speaking to has been trained on all of MRED's Products and Services and as a customer service specialist. On top of all this, the best way to find out about future enhancements or have your idea added to the list of those being considered is to speak to an MRED representative.

When utilizing the fillable forms on connectMLSTM,
the fields will automatically adjust to fill the form 
 
Just click "Preview" and you'll see how the form will ultimately look. Here is a screen shot that provides additional information on this:

Upload documents to your listings

It is easy to upload relevant documents such as Property Disclosures, Green Disclosures, Floor Plans, Home Warranty Info, etc., to your listings, using the connectMLSTM Transaction Manager. Not only are you taking care of statutory responsibilities, but you are putting additional documentation/information about the listings in a very easy to access place.

To add a document, log into connectMLSTM and click on the My Listings/Transactions icon () in the upper right hand corner. Choose the listing number of the appropriate listing; then click on the Documents tab and then "Add Document."

Having choices is always better

At MRED, we operate under the assumption that providing options to you is the best chance we have to get everybody close to exactly what they want and need. For example, while many agents are comfortable and familiar with the CMA functionality provided in connectMLSTM, others prefer the look and feel of Cloud CMA. Some like the quick snapshots of statistics available throughThe Thing; others like the deeper dive and accompanying marketing materials from Agent Metrics.

The point?

Take some time and get the appropriate training and information on all of our products and services, and then make an informed choice as to what you prefer best.
