Exterior Building type - Did you enter all materials?
  • MRED's Compliance Department has received increased reports of only one type - e.g., brick - being entered
  • At showings, people are finding Block (cinder or split), Aluminum siding, etc., particularly along the sides of the building
  • When a buyer sees this, consideration of the property is stopped in its tracks
  • Don't surprise your peers, or even your seller - provide complete information on all aspects of the property, including the exterior

How many clients across the system
have "favorited" or "rejected" your listings
 
Find this out very easily!
  • Access My Listings/Transactions from the icon in the upper right of the screen ()
  • Click the Listing Number of the listing in question
  • Click Activity tab
  • Voila! And you can share this data with the seller
