Prospecting Search Update [5/27/15]

You can now schedule prospecting searches to run up to 6 times per day!

Prior to this update, we only permitted a search to be run up to twice per day. Scheduling the search to run more times per day can be useful in a more active market area.



FHA Eligibility Indicators Added to connectMLS [3/24/15]

MRED brings you another way to get more homes sold! Thanks to our friends at RatePlug, we have added FHA eligibility indicators for all condos and townhomes in connectMLS

You know why FHA approval is a real benefit to potential buyers:

  • Lower down payment
  • Easier credit qualifying
  • And down the road - easy refinancing and FHA loans are assumable

How will you see FHA eligibility in connectMLS? Simply look for traffic light indicators on each condo or townhouse in the system:

  • Green Light - FHA Approved
  • Yellow Light - Property is conditionally approved, but certain criteria may not fit FHA loan approval
  • Red Light - Not FHA Approved



Write a Contract [2/25/15]

MRED continues to automate the process of writing an offer! In the Additional Info drop down menu of any active for sale listing, a new "Write a Contract" link will display.

  • You can click on that link to complete a contract
  • All contacts can be auto-filled with information from My Clients and with the listings address
  • Additionally, for the Multi-Board 6.0 Contract, data from the listing will populate to multiple fields including PIN, Lot Dimensions, etc., as well as to Section 5 - Fixtures and Personal Property. Agent and Service Partner information can also be populated.
  • If you choose, you can also notify the listing agent of the forthcoming offer

Other enhancements to the Forms module in connectMLS

  • Folder list is now sorted by Update Data
  • Add Form screen automatically opens after adding a new folder



MRED Goes International [8/28/14]

The International Property Type is LIVE in connectMLS! Listings outside of the United States can be more easily entered, searched and effectively marketed in the MLS.

  • Area 1000 in connectMLS is now only for International Listings
  • Listing previously added in other Property Types in Area 1000 will not be moved. However, you have the option to cancel and re-enter the property under the new International Property Type

Updated Listing Input Sheets and the new International Property Type Glossary are now available under the Forms tab in connectMLS and on


Introducing the connectMLS Modern/Mobile Friendly Client Portal  [06/17/14]

There have been some exciting updates made to the connectMLS Client Portal (aka Client Webpage).  This is where your clients view listings and other information you send them from connectMLS.  The enhancements include the following:

  • Updated/modern look and feel
  • Mobile-friendly
  • A new Gallery photo view
  • Swipe photo browsing on mobile devices
  • And much more!



Quick Update [3/6/14]

We've made a couple of small, but important, changes to adding/editing a Tour or Open House:

  • Tour is now labeled "Broker Tour" to make it even clearer that this option is for Brokers only and not the general public
  • When adding/editing a Broker Tour or Open House, you must make a selection (no more default selection). This should help minimize errors (i.e. accidentally entering a Broker Tour when it's actually an Open House).



New Updates Released [12/10/13]

Add/Edit Listing Enhancements:

  • Auto-pop of tax is default when adding listings
  • Suggestions are displayed for unverifiable addresses
  • A summary of listing data is provided for your confirmation before a listing number is assigned
  • And more!

Other changes:

  • Easier access to "Report a Violation" function
  • Client reports available from Archive Search
  • Optional exclusion of Inactive agents/offices from Market Share Report

New Photo Manager with Advanced Photo Edit Capabilities [10/14/13]

  • Photo management in connectMLSTM has been enhanced with some powerful features that take full advantage of modern browsers, including Internet Explorer 10 (IE 10), Firefox, Chrome, Safari and Opera
  • This new photo management capability also works on most mobile devices
  • It's now easier to view, add, and edit photo titles and captions
  • There are new ways to reorder/reposition photos
  • You can correct and perfect photos with Advanced Editing features





connectMLS™ 4.2.2 is live  [02/04/2013]

  • BIGGER photos, MORE photos and a new and improved photo browser
