MRED member Brokers and Agents can display other brokerages listing data on their websites via the following methods:
Broker Reciprocity (IDX) is a means by which each Participant subscribing to the program permits the display of their active, pending and sold (closed) listings appearing in connectMLS™ on each other's BRP Internet web site.
A Virtual Office Website (VOW) is a Participant's Internet website, through which the Participant is capable of providing real estate brokerage services to consumers with whom the Participant has first established a broker-consumer relationship.
IDX/VOW displays must be in compliance with the current Rules and Regulations (Broker Reciprocity Sections 32-35).
Members and vendors wishing access to data for creating IDX/VOW displays can access data via the MRED RETS server.
MRED requires a license to access the RETS server,
and charges will be incurred for access. Please contact us for information on
RETS server access.
