MRED welcomes you to our RETS information section. We will be using this page to post pertinent information regarding RETS. We urge you to frequently visit this page for schedules on changes on metadata as well as updates and news regarding MRED RETS.

Note: Major changes are scheduled to be implemented to MRED listing data.
These changes will affect the current RETS fields. These changes are schedule for mid-October.

MRED is using the a RETS 1.7 , 1.5, compliant server. created by Dynaconnections, and is developed under a BSD-style license at the Center for REALTOR(R) Technology. Free RETS clients are available through CRT.

Note: Updates to metadata and RETS server changes take place the 3rd Tuesday of each month. We will post a list of upcoming changes under the documents section of the page.

MRED requires a license (see documents section) to access the RETS server, and charges will be incurred for access. Please contact us for information on RETS server access.
