MRED has partnered with Workforce Resource® on a service called Down Payment Resource (DPR) that helps connect eligible homebuyers and eligible properties with government funded down payment assistance programs. Our brokers and agents are permitted to embed this tool into their IDX and VOW sites.MRED has incorporated the “Down Payment Resource” field in RETS. The System Name “DPR” is a Y/N lookup name that identifies properties that may qualify for some form of down payment assistance.

Note: Major changes are scheduled to be implemented to MRED listing data.
These changes will affect the current RETS fields. These changes are schedule for November 15th.
All Documentation regarding the conversion can be obtained at: in the RETS documents folder "Conversion2010".



MRED is using the a RETS 1.7 , 1.5, compliant server. created by Dynaconnections, and is developed under a BSD-style license at the Center for REALTOR(R) Technology. Free RETS clients are available through CRT.

Note: Updates to metadata and RETS server changes take place the 3rd Tuesday of each month. We will post a list of upcoming changes under the documents section of the page.
